Magnet Wire Racks

The Laycock Systems "magnet wire racks." are designed for high-speed coil winding, while saving time and space. These racks are designed to accommodate 24 or 48 buckets or reels of magnet wire. Access to both sides allows loading or unloading only the bucket or reel needed. Wires are guided and protected with each wire coming from the bucket and guided through a porcelain long life eyelets. From there, the wires are guided to the multiple hole nylon panel located at the front of the rack where each wire is secured until ready for use. Wire sizes can be labeled on the nylon panel. Optional tension control devices may be attached. This unit is pre-fabricated with welded trays that allow bolting them to the upright columns. All hardware required is furnished with the rack. The wire rack is pre-painted and is simpily bolted together.

Please Note: Our wire racks have been designed for buckets of 12 " diameter bottoms with 13" diameter tops and reels of 12" diameter.
